02Product Information

SUKOON is an Ayurvedic proprietary wellness supplement made from traditional Indian herbs. Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, aroma or capsule appearance are natural for herbal formulations and are not defects.

03Pricing & Offers

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Struck-through MRP indicates the maximum retail price; the offer price is what you pay.
• Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without prior notice.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

04Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order — for example in case of stock unavailability, an unserviceable pin code, a failed COD verification, or suspected bulk or fraudulent ordering.

05Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, online payment methods. For COD orders, the exact amount must be paid to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

06Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
• Use the product strictly as per the recommended dosage on the label.
• Consult a qualified physician before use if you have a medical condition or are on prescribed medication.
• Do not resell SUKOON products without written authorisation.

08Limitation of Liability

Results from herbal wellness products vary between individuals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
